"Would not pick up a disabled person"

Called a cab from the dentist, some foreigner refused to pick me up because I didn't have a house number, even though I told him exactly where I was going to be.

I have asked numerous times by others to be picked up at the same place, and never had a problem.

So I phoned a different taxi, explained where I was waiting, and no problem at being picked up..
