"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!"

Been a tenant of Paul Hughes for roughly 4 years now, my current situation at the time and still now was to put me into a very small and rough studio flat, when i moved in there was an £80 debt on my gas, i raised this issue with Paul and was told it would be sorted and never was which resulted in me paying the debt off which was from the previous tenant who still lived in the block of flats but was moved into there new flat and i moved into that one, upon moving in i has spoke with all of the tenant who surprised me and told me ALOT of very bad stuff Paul has put them and there family's through, i was very shocked as Paul came across as a nice person but the big fool i am i choose to not listen to anything said and chose to make up my own mind, BOILER, were do i start, it was broken when the old tenant was in there and had raised the issue to Paul with little to no help again, i had managed to get some hot water and a bit of heating out the boiler AFTER having it on full blast for over an hour and a half and even then the water was Luke warm at best and the heating well you could feel the warmth £10 would last me 2 days at best after consent complaining i had texted Paul one day saying id have to seek support elsewhere which might end up getting him or the landlord he works for in trouble, may i just add quick that not one of the other 5 tenants who live in the block aswell as me don't actually know the landlord or have any information to contact them should situations arise like the ones we all have to go through, most of us till this day are going through MAJOR issue with mould and MICE and to top it off recently the flat above mine had a major leak and the ceiling fell down right on top of were i would of been sleeping but thank god i had stayed at my partners for the weekend with my son but had came home the a huge hole in my roof, the result of that had me staying at my brothers for around a month while the repairs were done! i could go on and on, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AND THE COMPANY :).
