"Manager very rude"

A review of Subway by Governor written on Thursday 7th of January 2016


Manager with very poor social skills, quite incapable of speaking to customers in a professional manner. Body language and handling of food is of very slight care. Witnessed this man (manager) serving customers with learning difficulties very disrespectfully as if they were taking up his time choosing sandwich toppings, to then overfill them unnecessarily. This man does not set a good example for such a treasured part of Plymouth. Very disappointed will not be returning but shall be following up my complaint due to careless attitude towards vulnerable customers..
