"Amazing Customer service"

Having made a complaint on Friday 1st June the manager responded within 2 days very apologetic.

I was offered a replacement meal and I called this eve (Tuesday 5th ) I explained to the on duty staff who were so understanding and helpful, they prepared & cooked fresh for me, the food was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed the food which was visually very good, not greasy either, cooked perfectly and very tasty throughout. I thank you for your kindness, you have all recovered the situation and proved you can produce such good food! I will be very happy to use Stadium fish & chips in the future! Thank you / Steve.
